Indirect Purchase Administrative Officer

YOUR ROLE

Reporting directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager, you will perform various administrative operations related to Indirect Purchases, ensuring proper treatment and management within the scope of the department.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage and ensure administrative tasks of Indirect Purchases: cost estimates, invoices, monitoring of account statements, documentation for disputes and supplier contact when needed;
• Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, validating the respective cost center associated;
• Control delivery deadlines for purchase orders whenever action is required;
• Ensure a good daily operational relationship with internal customers and suppliers;
• Provide support as Key User for the Client internal platforms.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High school diploma with experience in sales/finance or accounting administrative functions;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (experience within a shared service environment is a plus);
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• SAP and procurement tools (a plus);
• Languages: English and Spanish or German mandatory (Minimum C1).
