Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Ensure timely and accurate indirect tax compliance for multiple European countries, managing VAT returns and related processes
• Analyze accounting records and documentation to support the correct application of tax and legal requirements
• Review and improve existing tax processes by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and stronger internal controls
• Serve as the main contact for indirect tax topics, collaborating with finance, accounting, business units, and external advisors to resolve complex queries
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for all indirect tax procedures and support internal and external audits
• Support the development and sharing of indirect tax knowledge within the team, providing guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related area
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Indirect Taxes, Accounting, or similar functions, including practical experience in VAT compliance within a multinational setting
• Solid working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Experience with process automation or optimization is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking,
  - solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
