In your Indirect Tax Specialist role, you will:

1. Be responsible for Indirect TAX EU compliance for various companies across different countries.
2. Review accounting records, document content, and applicability of Indirect TAX and legal regulations.
3. Prepare and submit Indirect Tax returns and perform necessary compliance checks.
4. Liaise with internal teams to review transactions and request corrections.
5. Coordinate with the Indirect Tax manager and local Accounting regarding queries.
6. Develop expertise, improve processes, and ensure compliance through continuous monitoring and implementation of improvements.
7. Maintain clear and complete documentation for all procedures.

You are best equipped for this job if you have:

1. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience in Indirect Taxes, Accounting, or similar roles, preferably in VAT compliance within international and multicultural environments.
3. Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
4. Flexibility to adapt to process changes that enhance efficiency and compliance.
5. Fluency in English.
