KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Leads the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in a product team based on business strategy, requirements, and enterprise architecture guardrails.
2. Ensures adherence to architecture principles, best practices, and guidelines in the developed product/solution.
3. Supports solution definition and provides guidance on architectural designs to improve performance and scalability.
4. Manages and develops the architecture for the product, translating business needs into a comprehensive technical blueprint.
5. Leads the implementation and integration of technical architecture within the product team.
6. Develops integration processes and interface requirements.
7. Supports and continuously improves the IIo
   T architecture, including field connectivity, edge to cloud deployment, and security aspects.
8. Advises on IT and OT convergence for manufacturing industries.
9. Recommends target architecture and strategies within the guidelines of the Enterprise Architecture Office.
10. Selects appropriate technology stacks based on requirements and constraints.
11. Provides technical expertise across various development tools and technologies.
12. Aligns global IT strategy with business needs to define
    - level architectures.
13. Offers recommendations on technology choices, such as build vs. buy.
14. Analyzes complex issues and proposes effective solutions.
15. Collaborates with other departments to ensure architectural solutions are effectively implemented.
16. Ensures
    - party products integrate seamlessly into the organizational ecosystem.
17. Reviews and validates architectural solutions to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
18. Possesses a good understanding of data modeling concepts and frameworks like ISA95.
19. Has broad knowledge of networking and connectivity, including OT standards (OPCUA, MQTT), PLCs, and industrial systems, as well as IT standards (REST API, TCP/IP, VLANs, security).
20. Experience with SQL, Time Series databases, and cloud storage is a plus.
21. Experience with ERP/PLM system integration is advantageous.

DIMENSIONS

1. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in a multinational environment, preferably with industrial and IT domains.
2. MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
3. Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
4. Knowledge of architecture frameworks like SAFe and TOGAF.
5. Strong diagramming and visual communication skills; UML knowledge is advantageous.
6. Ability to communicate ideas effectively at all management levels, including C-Level.
7. Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle.
8. Hands-on experience with APIs,
   - services, cloud hosting, ERP (SAP), and
   - driven architecture.
9. Strong analytical,
   - solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
10. Deep knowledge of platform, infrastructure, and network architecture.
11. Experience working in collaborative, Agile environments; certifications are a plus.
12. Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
