The responsibilities include:

1. Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
2. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across various areas.
3. Assist in production and technology transfer from other group factories, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with local operations.
4. Manage factory layout in accordance with the product portfolio and forecasts.
5. Identify opportunities and implement improvements in manufacturing or installation processes, manage factory layout according to product portfolio and forecast, oversee 5S programs, and manage factory KPIs.

Qualifications include:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of TPM methodology is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in process analysis and continuous improvement tools.
• Proactive, resilient, analytical, and a good communicator with an interest in the sector.
