Your role in our team

As an Industrial Engineer, you will support process optimization, identify improvement areas, and implement Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and boost productivity across manufacturing. Through continuous analysis, optimization, and innovation, you will drive sustainable improvements aligned with organizational goals and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions, and oversee implementations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across various areas.
• Assist in production and technology transfer from other group factories, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with local operations.
• Manage factory layout in accordance with the product portfolio and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements in manufacturing or installation processes, manage factory layout accordingly, and oversee 5S programs and factory KPIs.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency in process analysis.
• Understanding of continuous improvement tools.
• Proactive, resilient, analytical, and a good communicator interested in the sector.
• Excited about working in a
