Industrial Engineer Trainee (m/f/d), Corroios

Your mission will be:

1. Support Project Management Activities within the Industrial Engineering area;
2. Develop continuous improvement projects and innovative solutions to increase efficiency;
3. Analyze processes to develop improvements and reduce costs;
4. Assist in coordinating multidisciplinary teams;
5. Analyze and optimize operational flows in Production and Logistics.

We are looking for someone with:

1. A Higher Technical Program or Degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management;
2. Good computer skills from the user's perspective;
3. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S) is appreciated;
4. Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software is a plus;
5. Proficiency in English (mandatory);
6. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills;
7. Team spirit, high dedication, and sense of responsibility;
8. Initiative and dynamism;
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
