Your role in our team

Analyzing Production Planning & Control, Internal Logistics, and Assembly processes; identifying opportunities for improvement using tools such as Lean / Kaizen, TOC, Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying existing waste (Mudas); designing the VSM of the analyzed processes with the team; developing actions that translate into results (reduction in hours/employee; reduction in lead times);
• Development of standardized work using Kaizen/Lean tools;
• Development of the visual management system - Visual Factory.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering;
• Proactive;
• Communicative with an interest in the sector;
• Resilient;
• Analytical;
• Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen, Operations Management, Kanban, Total Flow Management, TOC.
