This role is responsible for overseeing production planning and organization, ensuring that operations meet quality standards and align with the company's strategic objectives. The Production & Operations Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to optimize processes, monitor equipment, and ensure timely fulfillment of production orders.

Main Responsibilities:

Plan and organize production to meet strategic and quality objectives;

Ensure availability of necessary materials for production orders and control costs;

Monitor maintenance of equipment and verify that it is correctly performed;

Collaborate with
Marketing and Finance teams to stay aligned with sales targets, deadlines, and company goals.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field;

Strong leadership, planning, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills;

Experience in a manufacturing environment;

Excellent
- solving abilities and capacity to work independently;

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems for control purposes;

High sense of responsibility, initiative, and organization.
