About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Industrialization Engineer to join our team in the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing, ensuring smooth industrialization of new products, optimizing processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role :

- Participate in product development and support
-
- manufacturability activities.

- Contribute to the industrialization of products, from prototype to production.

- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, cost, and quality.

- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and work instructions.

- Support
- solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality requirements.

Your profile :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrialization, process engineering, or manufacturing (semiconductor industry experience is a plus).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a
- functional, international team.

- Proactive, adaptable, and
- oriented mindset.

- Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, and testing.

- Experience with product industrialization, validation, and process optimization.

- Familiarity with semiconductor or
- tech manufacturing environments is desirable.
