Your Role

As an Information Security Expert (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Info
Sec framework. You will work closely with Business, IT, and other departments to design, implement, and maintain security measures that protect our organization from cyber threats. Your expertise will contribute to our overall security posture and help us comply with industry standards and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Support internal and external audits and certifications of the ISMS (e. g. , ISO 27001/TISAX) regarding the effectiveness and conformity of the implemented Info
  Sec controls.
• Evaluate effective technical and organizational security measures to ensure information security, with the risk and asset owners.
• Implement information security in our operational processes, in cooperation with international colleagues from Business, IT, and Info
  Sec.
• You contribute to Infosec services, such as customer and contractual compliance reviews of third parties.
• You develop policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help to maintain our internal communication platforms.
• You participate in projects to implement information security in EMEA.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in information security, risk management, IT, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of management systems, information security frameworks, and standards (e. g. , ISO 27001, NIST, TISAX, GDPR, NIS2).
• Experience working with an ISMS within a global organization in risk and
  - conformity management.
• Proficiency in various security domains (e. g. , organizational, people, physical, and technological controls).
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Implementer) are preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
• Jira, Wiki, M365, Share
  Point, Onetrust, or other GRC Tool skills are advantageous.
