Business Operations

You will join our Business Operations department, specifically our
- disciplinary IT Security Team, working across Portugal and Germany to establish a custom security culture. Your role involves managing our Information Security Management System, ensuring compliance and maintaining security documentation.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement cyber security strategies tailored to locations and aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz Global Cyber Security KPIs.
• Support cyber security incident response,
  - solving, and risk management.
• Conduct awareness campaigns and support global cyber security initiatives.
• Advise on cyber security projects and organizational measures.
• Assist with security compliance, supplier security evaluations, forensic analyses, and certification evidence.
• Report proactively to management and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

To succeed, you need:

• Fluent English
• A degree in computer science or related field focusing on Information Security
• At least 3 years of
  - on experience in Information Security for software projects and IT architecture
• Expertise in secure software development, application/mobile security, system design, threat modeling, risk management
• Knowledge of technical and organizational security measures
• Drive to stay updated on threats and vulnerabilities
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to experts

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of web and mobile technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise digital product development
• Experience with AWS, SAP, AEM, or other CMS
• Certifications like CC, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, TPSSE/TISP
