The Opportunity

We are seeking an Information Security Officer (ISO) to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and help define and implement our information security program. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will play a vital role in building the foundations of our security governance and ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Coordinate risk assessments, security controls, and compliance audits (e. g. , ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Monitor and report on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Manage awareness and training programs to promote a strong security culture.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, and Other teams on security initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of security policies, procedures, and metrics.

Your Profile

• 2+ years in cybersecurity, IT audit, or risk management.
• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Familiar with incident response and data protection principles (GDPR).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Certifications like ISO 20000, Security+, ISO 27001 Implementer, or CISM/CISA are valued.
