Your Role

As the Information Security Risk Manager (m/f/d), you will identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across our organization. You will lead efforts to protect digital assets and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. You will have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas to an existing department.

Your Responsibilities

• Guide asset owners and security champions in assessing risks.
• Follow up on risk assessments and treatment plans for effective mitigation.
• Prepare and coordinate board decision meetings on information security risks.
• Maintain the risk register and report on risk status.
• Support internal and external audits of the ISMS.
• Represent Kuehne+Nagel in security committees and working groups.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the ISMS.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in information security risk management or related roles.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001.
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM, GSEC).
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking about security issues; AWS Security Specialist certification is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks responsibly.
• Fluency in English.
