About the Role

We’re expanding our Technology Services Team to support a strategic project within the retail sector.

The IT Asset Management Specialist will join a Digital Operations team, working closely with Technology, Operations and Business stakeholders in an international environment.

This role is strongly operational and
- on. It is critical to ensuring
-
- day continuity while bringing structure, consistency and predictability to digital asset management. The role combines execution (“Run”) with continuous process improvement (“Build”) in a context that is still evolving and partially unstructured.

The ideal candidate is organised, autonomous and comfortable managing a high volume of small but
- critical requests, while progressively improving processes and asset lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities

Manage operational requests for IT and digital assets (laptops, phones, TVs, routers), prioritising urgent vs planned requests.

Coordinate orders, deliveries, replacements, returns and exchanges with internal teams and suppliers.

Maintain accurate tracking and traceability of all assets.

Proactively manage the full lifecycle of assets, planning replacements before

- life.

Monitor asset status, usage, and risks, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Map, document and improve existing processes, routines, and prioritisation rules.

Ensure processes and documentation are scalable and can be followed by others.

Act as key operational point of contact for
- related topics across IT, operations, stores, and management.

Communicate clearly on priorities, constraints, and timelines.

Maintain an
-
- date asset catalogue and work with ITSM / asset management tools.

Contribute to the evolution of the role, with potential exposure to Software Asset Management.

Requirements

Experience in IT asset management, IT operations, service management or a similar operational role;

Proven ability to work in environments with limited structure and help organise processes over time;

Comfortable handling operational pressure and frequent urgent requests;

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations pragmatically and assertively;

Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership;

Familiarity with ITIL concepts and ITSM / asset management tools;

Fluent in English or French (spoken and written);

Availability to work
- site 3 days per week in the Lisbon area.
