We are looking for a Business Manager to join our commercial team, based in Lisbon (Parque das Nações) . We are seeking a professional with experience in B2B sales within the Information Technology sector .

Desired Profile

• Higher education degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences or IT ;
  
  
• More than 2 years of professional experience in client acquisition and management in IT outsourcing and nearshore services (mandatory).
• Strong aptitude for business development and sales prospecting , with direct client interaction;
  
  
• Strong focus onresults, objectives and KPIs ;
  
  
• Ability to negotiate and to prepare commercial and financial proposals (for clients and candidates);
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player ;
  
  
• Good command of English , both written and spoken.

Main Responsibilities

• Business development and client acquisition :
• Identify new market opportunities, conduct meetings and commercial presentations, and support the definition of prospecting strategies;
  
  
• Client portfolio management :
• Manage active clients, identify needs, and ensure close relationships, satisfaction and
  - term retention;
  
  
• Preparation of commercial proposals and contract negotiation :
• Prepare technical and financial proposals and lead negotiation processes with clients.
