We’re looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the evolution of our IT infrastructures and cloud strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and lead technical IT teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals;

Oversee infrastructures and systems (Windows, Linux, LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, VLANs, Switches);

Supervise physical and virtual data centers, ensuring resilience and scalability;

Define and implement policies for network security, backups, and disaster recovery;

Lead projects in cloud environments (AWS, Oracle, Azure);

Act as the main bridge between business leadership and technical operations;

Evaluate and implement new technologies to strengthen IT strategy and operations.

What You Need to Succeed:

Degree in Computer Science, IT Systems Management, or related areas;

5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructures and networks;

Proven experience with data centers (physical & virtual) ;

Solid knowledge of network security, backup, and disaster recovery ;

Hands-on expertise in cloud systems (AWS/Oracle/Azure);

Strong track record in leading technical teams ;

Fluency in German (mandatory) and good command of English;

Strategic mindset with strong
