About the Role

We’re expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers.

This professional will work in a 24/7
- based schedule, ensuring continuous monitoring, support, and maintenance of IT systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and database systems with excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently within and outside routine operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Windows and Linux systems to ensure availability, performance, and security;
• Manage and maintain databases, including SQL and Oracle, performing routine checks, troubleshooting, and optimizations;
• Execute operational tasks individually and autonomously, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time;
• Participate in
  - based rotations to provide 24/7 IT operational support, including incident response and escalation;
• Document incidents, actions taken, and operational procedures to maintain compliance and continuity;
• Coordinate with
  - functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations and issue resolution;
• Analyze and relate tasks, plan activities effectively, and manage workloads both within and outside normal routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field;
• Proven experience in IT operations, system support, or similar roles, ideally in a 24/7 environment;
• Solid technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
• Experience with SQL and/or Oracle databases;
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and autonomy;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Ability to work in a
  - based schedule (24/7) and adapt to changing operational demands;
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
