Your Role – IT Ops Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, driving automation, and resolving complex technical challenges to support
- critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT workload using TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console)
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate tasks
• Track and resolve issues using ticketing tools such as Jira or Service
  Now
• Provide operational support in Unix/Linux environments
• Apply strong
  - solving skills to troubleshoot effectively

Must-Haves

• Strong experience with TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console)
• Proficiency in Shell scripting
• Familiarity with Jira or Service
  Now
• Comfortable in Unix/Linux environments
• Solid
  - solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with additional scripting languages
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Previous experience in a technology consultancy environment
