You will be responsible for managing projects related to digital solutions in collaboration with IT teams and business sponsors. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless integration of digital solutions into the existing IT ecosystem, acting as the key liaison between project teams and 2S IT teams on all
- related topics. This role requires a highly proactive and resilient individual who can manage projects autonomously, navigate complex governance structures, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Qualifications
Main Tasks:1. Project coordination & management:2. Act as the bridge between project teams and IT Teams, ensuring smooth collaboration3. Develop and track the project roadmap, aligning business needs with IT requirements4. Identify and anticipate technical, security, and operational risks related to IT integrations & flows connectivity5. Provide regular status reports to sponsors and stakeholders1. IT Governance coordination:2. Lead and coordinate projects, working closely with business and technical teams3. Ensure that projects comply with Corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworks4. Ensure adherence to specific governance rules, including compliance, security, and IT validation5. Contribute to define, with business, success criteria for POCs and oversee their evaluation for potential scaling to projects6. Prepare and present documentation, reports, and governance validation requests when needed1. Technical & Connectivity management :2. Work closely with the IT teams to integrate digital solutions into the IT ecosystem3. Define and oversee technical connectivity requirements (APIs, data flows, interoperability, etc)4. Ensure that architectures comply with the corporate IT standards5. Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams6. Drive initiatives around
- trust architecture, encryption, identity management, and secure access controls1. Collaboration & Team support :2. Facilitate communication between business, IT, and project teams3. Ensure technology watch to stay updated on IT trends and IT innovations
Technical Skills- 6+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within CIB2S IT with a strong focus on compliance, security, and IT
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs, and Data exchange
- Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices, including secure infrastructure, identity and access management, and risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Ability to communicate in French is a plus
Soft Skills- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to push initiatives through complex approval
