We are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the assessment and design of a new digital solution for a key client in the energy sector.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid: 3 days/week
- site)

Travel: Availability to travel internationally (15 to 30 days)

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current business processes and technical solutions.
Document existing functional and technical designs, identifying obsolete systems and defining replacement needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and document
- state business processes.
Define and summarize functional requirements for the new digital solution.
Prepare the tender specifications to support the market consultation process.
Assist with the execution of the market consultation, working closely with relevant internal teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in B2B solutions or loyalty programmes.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is highly valued.
Strong skills in functional analysis with a strategic vision of aligning business needs and technical solutions.
Knowledge of system architecture, API integrations, and digital loyalty technologies (CRM, ERP, etc. ).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
At least 3 years of experience implementing digital solutions in the Retail or Energy sectors.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
