Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT sector
• Experience managing the

  - end recruitment process (sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, etc. )
• Experience providing candidate support throughout the recruitment process (follow-up/feedback)
• Autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
