Role Description

As an IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and assessing skilled IT professionals for a variety of roles within our projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, understand client needs, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your experience in recruitment and understanding of IT roles will be essential in helping us meet our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source and attract highly skilled IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and clients' fit
• Manage the recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to candidates' presentation
• Assure a great candidate experience
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
• Partner with internal teams to understand specific project needs and technical skill requirements
• Provide hiring managers with insights and recommendations on candidate profiles and market trends
• Assure feedback sessions
• Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a network of candidates in key technology areas
• Create talent pools for future needs and maintain relationships with passive candidates

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter, ideally within the IT outsourcing or technology consulting company
• Proven ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, etc. )
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Linked
  In recruiters tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• A solid understanding of IT technologies and industry trends is a plus
• Proficiency in English
