? About the Opportunity

Brain, we’re supporting a leading global organization in identifying an experienced Information Security Regulatory Support Lead to oversee regulatory readiness efforts across the EMAP region. This project will focus on ensuring compliance with NIS2 and other regulatory frameworks, supporting audits, coordinating assurance efforts, and engaging with internal stakeholders to strengthen security governance.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage support activities related to NIS2 readiness and wider regulatory assurance.
• Assess policies, standards, and technical environments for compliance with NIS2 and other frameworks.
• Coordinate NIS2 registrations and incident reporting readiness.
• Support asset-level assurance testing and
  - specific assessments.
• Engage with business units, project teams, and security offices to align regulatory efforts.
• Document gaps, risks, and regulatory posture.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.

? Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Security / IT Governance.
• Strong background in IT/IS Security Governance & Auditing.
• Excellent knowledge of NIS2, DORA, CRA and other upcoming regulations.
• Familiar with frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST 800-53, COBIT, CIS Controls.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience facilitating internal security meetings and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct research and provide insight on emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in multicultural environments.
