We are now looking for an IT Service Management & Compliance Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project based in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

1⃣ Functional profile: previous experience in service management, IT compliance, or internal/external audit functions

2⃣ Tech knowledge: Power Platform, O365, Service
Now or similar governance tools (a plus, not mandatory)

3⃣ Main tasks: process and service documentation, compliance monitoring, access and control management

4⃣ Working language: fluent English – mandatory due to regular interaction with international teams

5⃣ Personal traits: strong sense of ownership, organization, critical thinking, and clear communication

6⃣ Team interactions: frequent coordination with IT, security, and business stakeholders

7⃣ Location & model: Lisbon – hybrid setup (2–3 days/week onsite)
