About the job (Location: Onsite - Paris, France)
Provide
- on IT support to end users
- site, ensuring smooth daily operations;
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, and Share
Point Online environments;
Support Azure Virtual Desktop users and maintain AD/Entra ID user accounts;
Deploy and configure devices using Intune Autopilot and MDM solutions;
Assist with Microsoft Teams meetings, telephony, and meeting room equipment;
Apply ITIL best practices when handling incidents, service requests, and changes.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience;
More than 5 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles in a business environment;
Strong expertise in AVD, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, and Purview Information Protection;
Familiarity with i
OS device management and deployment;
Solid knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools (e. g. , JIRA Service Management);
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills;
Fluent in English and French (valued).
