Bitsight is seeking a motivated and
- oriented IT Specialist to join our Lisbon-based team. This hybrid role supports a
- growing global organization by delivering reliable, secure, and
- focused IT operations. You’ll work across hardware, Saa
S platforms, and collaboration tools to help employees stay productive, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve our internal IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
-
- day IT operations, providing assistance to both
- office and remote employees - Administer and troubleshoot mac
OS systems, laptops, and peripherals - Manage and support Saa
S platforms (e. g. , Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) - Optimize configurations and maintain system updates to minimize organizational risk
- Resolve issues via a ticketing system and support channels (chat, email, in person)
- Capable of running and completing complex projects
- Bring up areas of improvement and strategies within existing tools
- Provide comprehensive Saa
S application administration and support - Lead employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including account provisioning and hardware setup
Requirements
- Ample Experience with ticketing tools and
- based tools - Hardware and Operating System support experience
- mac
OS support and administration - Experience with Saa
S platforms and user management (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack) - 3+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or Engineer role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
- Proven
- solving abilities and troubleshooting acumen
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup /
- paced environment a plus - Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e. g. , Jira Service Management) and automation tools
- Experience with Jamf
