We are seeking a proactive and passionate IT Technician/Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology. This role involves providing essential technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our school's IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Maintain composure and effectively manage tasks during

• Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and solving IT issues before they escalate.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and a continuous desire to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware/Software Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Image Deployment: Assist in the deployment of system images on school computers to ensure uniformity and efficiency across all devices.
• Printer Support: Provide basic support for the school's printer network, ensuring all printers are functional and addressing any issues that arise.
• Classroom IT Support: Diagnose and resolve IT related problems in classrooms to minimise disruptions to the teaching process.
• System Administration Support: Assist the System Administrator in implementing various network solutions and services to enhance the school's IT infrastructure.
• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of all IT equipment and materials, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Event Support: Provide IT support during school events, including setting up computers, projectors, and other necessary equipment.
