As our Infrastructure Services & Integrations Manager, you will drive OLX's global IT infrastructure and shared services across 8 markets.

The BIT Infrastructure team’s mission is managing
- critical applications at scale. We support internal tools used by everyone at OLX, placing our team at the heart of a truly international organization.

The role will be based in Portugal. You will report to the Head of BIT Infrastructure and manage a team of 7 people.

• Communicate with stakeholders, understand the business context, and translate business and functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions;
• Lead a team of skilled professionals maintaining
  - performing services;
• Monitor, control, and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed;
• Guarantee the reliability and security of our services;
• Maintain current projects and technology systems;
• Identify security risks and work on resolving them, adhering to company SLAs;
• Oversee the architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of Enterprise Services in OLX;
• Ensure reported issues are resolved promptly;
• Maintain relationships with external advisors and vendors;
• Build and lead the strategy and vision for the team;
• Develop and improve system integration using Boomi IPaa
  S across OLX’s IT landscape;
• Manage business expectations and ensure stakeholder satisfaction;
• Organize and incorporate customer feedback to improve services.

• At least 5 years of management experience in the IT environment;
• Highly analytical,
  - motivated, curious, and eager to learn;
  - driven, proactive, and determined;
• Strong working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and development;
• Experience with administration of Okta, Google Workspace, or Atlassian;
• Experience with Slack administration (preferred);
• Strong understanding of Saa
  S best practices and experience implementing standards and processes in cloud environments;
• Experience working with APIs using Python or other scripting languages;
• Degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Strong project management skills;
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
