Responsibilities:

1. Resolve incidents that cannot be addressed through Level 1 support, mainly hardware diagnostics (with escalation to third parties) and equipment reinstallation (image and configuration dumps).
2. Provide telephone support, mainly for i
   Phone device replacements.

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows 11 OS installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of hardware components and their functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Windows accessories.

Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra,
