Infrastructure & Systems Operations Lead
Infrastructure & Systems Operations Lead
(IT - Data - Creative Infrastructure - Localization)
JP Organization (Holding Level)
Location: Porto–Lisbon base preferred - Global coordination
Work Mode: Hybrid / On-site preferred
Engagement: Full-time or Long-term Contract
Why This Role ExistsThis role exists because systems fail silently .
Not through big scandals — but through:
• Broken files
• Lost translations
• Inconsistent visuals
• Disconnected tools
• “I thought someone else handled it” moments
When IT, content, design, data, and localization are treated as separate, organizations decay from the inside.
JP Org does not allow that.
This role exists to ensure that infrastructure, information, and creative execution actually hold together — across countries, brands, languages, and time zones.
What Kind of Organization This IsJP Org is not:
• A tech startup outsourcing thinking
• A creative house improvising structure
• A corporation hiding chaos behind tools
We build load-bearing systems .
That means:
- Tools exist to serve people, not exhaust them
- Creativity is supported by infrastructure, not blocked by it
- Localization preserves meaning, not just words
- Design systems are respected, not diluted
This role is central to that philosophy.
