Main Mission

• Engineer (BUILD) and test solutions, document accordingly and hand over to operations team
• Provide 3rd level support to the operations function (on & offshore)
• Undertake project activities
• Drive process improvement initiatives (e. g. automation, documentation & transition to offshore team)
• Support proactive maintenance, including software upgrades, patching, hardening, vulnerability management, capacity management, inventory management
• Ensure that agreed service levels are met
• Ensure audit compliance is maintained to the agreed level
• Be a coordinating instance for our Ops teams

Experience & Skills

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

• Experience working with Dev
  Ops methodologies using Git and Puppet, or one of the major configuration management toolsets e. g. Ansible / Salt / Chef
• Very good expertise in one or more of the assigned technologies, with
  - year
  - on experience and
  - approved accreditations
• Interest in Infrastructure technologies (Network, virtualization, OS, storage, middlewares, etc. ) to discuss proactively with AXA Go teams and bring solutions during incidents or projects
• Professional experience in respective areas with significant time working in an OPS context
• First experiences leading a team

Technical & Transversal Skills

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Cent
  OS
• Linux or Unix servers (hundreds to thousands of servers)
• Red Hat Directory Server / DS389 / Open
  LDAP would be an asset
• Strong
  - oriented thinking and familiarity with ITIL processes in an international
  - scale IT service delivery organization with offshore presence
• Communicative and
  - minded with responsibility and quality, ability to create plans and coordinate delivery over multiple teams
• High motivation and ability to work under pressure
