Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage blockchain nodes across multiple networks. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, resilient infrastructure, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Ia
C), observability, and Dev
Ops best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain diverse blockchain nodes (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and others) using Ia
  C principles.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and management with Terraform, Ansible, and related tools.
• Develop monitoring and alerting solutions with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar to ensure node health, performance, and uptime.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and optimize node performance and latency.
• Apply network and node security best practices, managing RPC endpoints, validator keys, and credential pairs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and upgrades of node software.
• Collaborate with trading and research teams to support new chain integrations and optimize existing ones.
• Design failover and backup strategies to guarantee business continuity of critical blockchain infrastructure.

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, SRE, or Dev
  Ops roles.
• Demonstrable experience managing blockchain nodes and deep understanding of the ecosystem.
• Experience in trading, crypto, or Trad
  Fi environments is highly desirable but not essential.

Competencies and Personality

• Strong expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient Linux administration skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Bash, and Python.
• Deep familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
• Solid understanding of networking (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS, Firewalls).
• Experience with Git
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with various blockchain architectures (Po
  S, Po
  W, etc. ) and node types.
• Strong understanding of security practices within the blockchain ecosystem.
