What You'll do:

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms to support business and application needs.
• Translate
  - level architecture into detailed technical designs and implementations.
• Resolve escalated incidents and support requests from first and
  - line teams.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure infrastructure alignment with application requirements.
• Participate in
  - related projects, from planning to execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Provide technical input in customer and supplier meetings, both remotely and onsite.
• Support
  -
  - hours service requests as part of an
  - call rotation.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team knowledge and process improvements.

What You Are:

• 5+ years of experience as system administrator/infrastructure engineer
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
• Virtualization technologies: VMware and/or Hyper-V
• System and application monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with: Infrastructure and network security principles; CIS and NIST security frameworks, ITIL practices (certification is a plus)
• Linux experience is a plus
Scripting or automation experience (e. g. , Power
Shell, Python) is a strong advantage.
