We are looking for a
- on Infrastructure Manager to oversee our hosting and VPS platforms across multiple global locations. You will be responsible for managing servers (Linux and Windows), virtualization (KVM/Solus
VM), networking, security, and ensuring reliable 24x7 operations. This is a leadership role but still very technical - you’ll guide the team, handle incidents, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage
-
- day infrastructure operations across multiple datacenters.

Supervise and support 24x7 technical staff.

Oversee virtualization platforms (KVM, Solus
VM).

Ensure smooth provisioning and billing integration (WHMCS).

Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and service issues quickly.

Handle downtime incidents, security issues, and customer impact.

Plan for scaling, upgrades, and improvements.

Maintain strong security and backup practices.

Qualifications

Strong experience with hosting and VPS environments.

Hands-on knowledge of KVM virtualization and Solus
VM.

Experience with WHMCS for automation and billing.

Solid Linux and Windows server administration skills.

Good understanding of networking (firewalls, routing, VPNs, DDo
S).

Ability to manage a 24x7 team and respond to urgent issues.
