The Role

As an Infrastructure Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure across our global operations. You’ll lead a team of around eight professionals and will play a key role in defining and implementing the company’s infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the global infrastructure team (Europe and Asia), fostering collaboration and growth.
• Oversee cloud and
  - premise infrastructure operations to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and security standards.
• Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure services, including Azure, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to support business continuity and scalability.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and shared knowledge.
• Oversee vendor management and service contracts for
  - related services.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory frameworks.

This role can be remote within Portugal, though occasional visits to the Lisbon office would be an required.

About You

We’re looking for a leader who combines strong technical expertise with a
- first management approach.

You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience managing IT infrastructure (cloud & hybrid environments).
• Proven leadership experience managing
  - regional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Iaa
  S/Paa
  S), Active Directory, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ITIL practices and project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2 advantageous).

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• PMP or PRINCE2
