Offer Description
A call is open for the award oftwo (2) Research Grants, within the scope of the project PJ-D-VET (1018P. 6672), at theInternational Affairs Office
Work Plan: Research and implementation of innovative strategies for promoting international cooperation and managing international projects in Higher Education. Development of dissemination strategies to increase the number of new international applicants. Collaboration in international projects in Higher Education, focusing on Teaching and Learning, digital learning platforms, new strategies to promote knowledge circulation, mobility, and recognition of merit.
Duration of the Grant: The grant will last12 months, with an expected start date inSeptember 2025, not renewable.

Additional Information
Monthly Maintenance Allowance: The grant amount is€1, 040. 98, Payment will be made bybank transfer.

Selection process
Selection Methods: The selection methods to be used are:
- Curriculum and motivation assessment, with the following criteria and scoring (maximum score of 20 points). Enrollment in a Master's program in relevant areas is mandatory.
- Individual interview. If deemed necessary by the jury, interviews will be conducted to complement the assessment of the candidates' curriculum and motivation. In this case, the curriculum/motivation assessment will weigh 60%, and the interview 40%, both scored on a scale from 0 to 20 points.
Publication/Notification of Results: All candidates will be notified of the final evaluation results via email.
Deadlines and procedures of complaint and appeal. A complaint may be lodged from the final decision, or an appeal to the President of IST, within 15 working days counted from the respective notification.
Workplace: The work will be carried out at theInternational Affairs Officeand theInternational Funding and Outreach Unit, located at Alameda Campus of Instituto Superior Técnico, under the supervision ofDirector Rui Mendes.
