We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our Innovation & Automation Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and proactive individual to gain
- on experience and develop a foundational understanding across key areas of innovation and automation within a
- paced and evolving environment. The Trainee will have exposure to a diverse range of functions, including Automation, Generative AI (Gen
AI), Customer Architecture, Security, and Innovation framework.

- Duration: 12 months
- Start date (tentative): October/November, 2025
- Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
- Education recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school
What You Will Contribute And Learn
Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the Trainee will:
Automation
- Support the analysis of existing processes to identify automation opportunities.
Gen
AI
- Explore and research emerging Gen
AI technologies and their potential applications within CNS Services & Care. - Assist in the development of

- concepts and pilot projects utilizing Gen
AI.
Customer Architecture
- Learn about designing
- centric solutions and experiences. - Assist in mapping customer journeys and identifying pain points.
Security
- Gain an understanding of cybersecurity best practices and principles relevant to innovation and automation initiatives.
- Support security assessments and compliance efforts related to new technologies.
Innovation
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.
- Conduct market research and analysis on innovation trends.
Key Skills And Experience
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor-'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and
- solving. - Basic understanding of programming concepts (e. g. , Python, Java
Script) is a plus. - Familiarity with automation tools or concepts (e. g. , RPA, scripting) is a plus.
