YOUR MISSION

YOUR ROLE

As Innovation Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and developing strategic
- innovation opportunities with clients and partners. You’ll work across sales, delivery, and technology teams to align client needs with our innovation roadmap and help bring new solutions to market through collaborative ideation, asset development, and ecosystem partnerships.

This role is key to drive innovation and to monetize innovation investment.

YOUR PROFILE

Client Co-Innovation Engagements

Collaborate with sales teams to identify key clients and partners with the potential to
- develop innovative solutions aligned with strategic business goals.

Technology Roadmap Mapping

Analyze and map client technology roadmaps across different engineering horizons to anticipate future needs and identify areas for innovation.

Strategic Innovation Planning

Work closely with the Research & Development team to help shape and prioritize the internal innovation agenda based on market trends and client insights.

Use Case Discovery & Ideation

Identify relevant use cases with clients and facilitate ideation sessions with technical teams to
- create impactful innovation projects.

Asset Exploitation & Monetization

Lead the Clients exploitation strategy of innovation assets, ensuring business value and monetization of R&D investments.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

Establish and nurture strategic innovation partnerships with hyperscalers and key technology providers to
- finance and accelerate the development of innovation assets.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Engineering, Innovation Management, Business, or related fields.

4+ years of experience in innovation, business development, or technology strategy roles.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies and innovation ecosystems.

Experience working with clients on
- creation or
- development initiatives.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.
