The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and organization of workshops, sessions, and events with clients.
- Facilitate workshops with internal and external clients.
- Support
- creation of business models, customer journeys, and innovative solutions. - Develop initiatives to promote innovation at EY Portugal.
- Build relationships with Service Lines and contribute to the pipeline.
- Act as an innovation ambassador, leading transformation within the practice.
- Implement strategy, vision, and objectives of the innovation practice.
- Manage daily activities, designing experiences that inspire clients and identify new opportunities.
- Guide
- creation of solutions using methodologies like design thinking. - Coordinate innovation events.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- 5+ years of experience in innovation.
- Proven track record in change management and methodologies like design thinking, agile, lean startup.
- Experience collaborating with clients, startups, academia, and industry experts.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in tools like Canvas, Idea
Scale, Service Design, Excel, Power
Point, Miro, Slido. - Ability to facilitate discussions across sectors.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.
