WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Conduct regular training sessions to equip new and existing users with a thorough understanding of In
River PIM, including core concepts and essential tasks.

- Create and maintain training materials, including
-
- step guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, tailored for various business functions.

- Provide
- on support during onboarding, helping users confidently manage tasks like product text updates, badge management (e. g. , “bestsellers, ” “new”), and assortment adjustments for events (e. g. , Mother’s Day).

- Ensure accurate updates to translations and product images within the In
River system, coaching users on how to make these updates independently.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to In
River PIM, working closely with internal PIM experts when needed.

- Track and document common challenges and training needs to continuously improve the onboarding and training program.

MUST HAVES

- Minimum of 3 years experience in data management and 5 years in PIM tools, with strong foundational knowledge of PIM principles.

- Proficiency in In
River PIM, with
- on experience managing product data updates.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with brands and key stakeholders.

- Strong presentation and documentation skills: proficiency in creating Power
Point presentations and other training materials; skilled in delivering presentations to large groups, both in person and virtually; capable of translating technical capabilities into clear, compelling business benefits.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

NICE TO HAVES

- Experience working with marketplaces and
- retailers is a plus.
