Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator (Greater Lisbon Area)

We are a growing international B2B company based in Portugal, serving industrial clients across Central Europe.

Our mission is to deliver high‑quality components, reliable service, and efficient logistics that help our customers’ operations run smoothly.

To strengthen our local team, we are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to join us in the Greater Lisbon area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, order confirmations, and invoices in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Communicate daily with international customers and suppliers, ensuring excellent service and accurate information flow.
• Coordinate international shipments through DHL, Fed
  Ex, and freight forwarders, including documentation management.
• Support financial operations by preparing payments, checking invoices, and assisting our external accountants.
• Maintain organized records and contribute to efficient office operations.
• Collaborate closely with management to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

What You Need

• Fluent in Portuguese and English—written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset (will be tested) plus good working knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proven experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Hands‑on experience with international shipping and logistics (DHL, Fed
  Ex, freight bookings).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes, including payment preparation and invoice verification.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
