Primary responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of existing ‘C’ and ‘D’ accounts and provide technical guidance on HBK products.
• Qualify new leads/prospects, assess sales potential, and route them accordingly.
• Create quotes using CRM systems or HBK Shop.
• Keep customer/prospect contact information current in CRM.
• Direct customer requests for repair, calibration, engineering, service, or training.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Customer Care Agents.

Qualifications

• Technical or commercial background with interest in technical topics.
• Adaptability to digital requirements.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, & French (highly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong commercial acumen and a
  - centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce), and
  - commerce platforms.
• Positive attitude towards technical sales and collaboration.
• Organized and methodical.

Location

Remote work within Portugal or at our Porto site if preferred.
