Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of existing ‘C’ and ‘D’ accounts and provide technical guidance on HBK products.
• Qualify new leads/prospects, evaluate sales potential (‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’. . . ), and direct them to the appropriate sales channels.
• Create quotes using our CRM systems or HBK Shop.
• Maintain updated contact information for customers and prospects, including industry and interests.
• Handle customer requests related to repair, calibration, engineering, service, and training.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Specialists, and Customer Care Agents.

Qualifications

• Technical or commercial background with a strong interest in technical topics.
• Ability to adapt to digital requirements.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and French is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition and customer service focus.
• Strong commercial acumen and
  - centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce), and
  - commerce platforms.
• Positive attitude towards technical sales and collaboration.
• Organized and methodical.

Location: Remote work within Portugal or onsite in Porto.
