- leading professional assurance services organisation. We specialise in management systems compliance & expert advice across a broad spectrum of standards, schemes & business improvement services, including customised training & assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up all leads assigned to you within agreed timescales, ensuring the correct level of client discovery, to maximise each sales opportunity.
- Weekly outbound prospecting activities, representing the company in a highly professional manner.
- Proactively work on networking to develop
- generated leads to enable the correct level of sales pipeline and sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets. - Manage your own pipeline to ensure that you have sufficient active opportunities to meet your sales targets, including taking necessary action to correct any shortfalls in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive,

- date records on the company’s CRM system, including the
- time completion of all
- up actions and tasks in line with global sales processes (records of calls, emails, meetings, proposals, etc. ). - Ensure awareness of marketing activities to follow up on local campaigns and initiatives.
- Remain competent to produce accurate proposals in line with product requirements through refresher training and development activities.
- Support team members to ensure team performance meets activity and sales targets.
- Work effectively with SD and SDS colleagues to meet client KPIs, raising issues or risks appropriately for resolution.
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- A proven track record of selling products/services in a comparable role in a BB or BC environment.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and developing pipelines to ensure coverage.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
- Experience managing quotations, bids, proposals, and working with set pricing models to achieve margins.
- Good communication skills, active listening, and ability to prioritize and deliver work independently.
- Knowledge of standard IT programs, Salesforce, and proprietary business process software.
