Work location: Lisbon – headquarters of a multinational contact‑center. The site is easily reached by public transport (metro, bus and train around the Oriente area).
About The Project
An international online content and community platform is expanding its digital advertising business. The role involves bringing new advertisers on board and supporting them throughout their onboarding and growth journey.
Main responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting and sales: Contact potential business clients to present digital advertising solutions, assist with registration and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Pipeline management: Update the CRM with opportunities, qualify leads and follow the sales cycle through to closure.
- Consultative selling: Identify client needs, design the best digital media mix and prepare compelling proposals.
- Handling objections: Respond to questions using consultative sales techniques and persuasive communication.
- Internal collaboration: Take part in training sessions, report on performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of the sales process.
- Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales and digital marketing; proven ability to meet targets and comfortable with cold calling.
- Commercial skills: Market and industry knowledge; consultative selling; effective questioning; strategic thinking; influence without formal authority; experience using a CRM.
- Digital marketing knowledge: Understanding of media mix planning and the ability to craft high‑value proposals.
- Languages: Fluency in English (C1 level); other languages are a plus.
- Personal profile: Results‑oriented, critical thinker, resilient, excellent oral and written communication, organised and autonomous. Willingness to work rotating shifts (40 hours per week).
- Duration: Approximately 15 working days, 8 hours per day, delivered in English.
- Content: Team integration, training on systems, products and services, customer interaction via phone/email/chat, and on‑the‑job practice.
- Terms: A training agreement is signed on the first day; participants who complete the program successfully receive proportional compensation. The employment contract is signed at the end of training.
- Contract: Fixed‑term contract of 12 months, renewable, with potential for a permanent contract after two years.
- Probation period: 1 month.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) plus lunch break; rotating schedules communicated by the recruiter.
- Gross salary: €920 per month, plus holiday and Christmas allowances (paid in twelfths) and a meal allowance of €7 per day (on a prepaid card).
- Performance bonus: Up to €300 per month.
