As an Inside Sales Representative dedicated to Siemens Digital Industries, you will work closely with our B2B customers to provide innovative and environmentally friendly solutions through our digital channels. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and help achieve our sales growth targets.

Your daily work includes:

• Engaging directly with customers, providing consultancy on products, systems, solutions, and services, primarily in Sweden, using a
  - enabled selling approach.
• Analyzing market conditions and expanding our network of partners via digital communication tools such as video conferencing, chat, and email.
• Developing new customer relationships and increasing revenue by identifying relevant partners and
  - makers.
• Collaborating with
  - office teams, product experts, and sales management to develop proposals.
• Working in a hybrid environment within an international team, leveraging ecosystem opportunities, collaboration, and learning.

You are the right candidate if you:

• Are experienced in Virtual Selling, blending digital engagement with customers to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Can craft compelling stories using digital tools to engage customers effectively.
• Have a passion for technology, industrial automation, and digitalization, understanding their value and helping customers maximize our portfolio (e. g. , HMI, SINAMICS, TIA Portal).
• Are reliable, proactive, and possess strong consulting skills, able to handle tough situations confidently.
• Have excellent listening skills and communicate openly and enthusiastically via phone or video calls.
• Proficient in English and native or equivalent in Swedish.
