About the Role

The Team Lead, Inside Sales will be responsible for managing and developing a
- performing team, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies that deliver results. This role combines strategic oversight with
- on leadership, ensuring the team consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and KPIs

Lead daily operations, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximise performance

Take ownership of hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members

Design and deliver training programmes to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Analyse sales data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives

Communicate regularly with senior leadership on performance, market insights, and opportunities

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in inside sales leadership with a track record of achieving targets

✔ Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and analytics tools

✔ Ability to recruit, coach, and develop
- performing teams

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
