Role Description:
As an Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our unique data into compelling insights and stories to attract and engage Marketing, Brand, and Leadership teams within Global Consumer & D2C organizations. We are developing and integrating a corpus of
- channel digital signals from social, search, web, reviews, and offline survey datasets to uncover insights that help our clients and prospects succeed in modern marketing.
You will collaborate with our Data & AI team in Porto to undertake strategic and ongoing research to scale our platform and develop insights within your assigned product categories. You will typically manage multiple categories and clients, identifying topical and compelling insights.
This is a
- facing role, reporting to our Insights team and Leadership to ensure a successful link between client relationships and insights.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or higher degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences from a reputable university with strong academic performance
- Autonomous with a willingness to take ownership of projects
- Experience in writing research plans and designing studies
- Culturally aware and literate in modern media from a user and industry perspective
- Sharp thinker and effective communicator, able to synthesize complex problems for senior leaders
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, understandable stories
- Comfortable in a
- facing environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Consumer/Marketing insights, with a passion for digital, social, mobile media, and emerging platforms
- Knowledge of Pricing, Promotions, or Marketing Insights is a plus
- Background in Consumer Insights from firms like Kantar, IPSOS, or similar is preferred
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of analytical methods that shape thinking and influence decisions
- Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve goals
