Role Overview

FXLM MAST Institutional Sales at BNP Paribas – Global Markets acts as the point of contact for institutional clients seeking liquidity sourcing, market access, pricing, and execution solutions. The role involves high‑frequency interactions to deliver efficient trading and liquidity support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and promote our transactional product capabilities.
• Sell FXLM products and champion the Group’s brand to institutional clients.
• Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and actionable trading strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients.
• Understand how clients select counterparties for risk pricing and execution.
• Deliver market data, pricing, and analytical information.
• Prioritize digitalisation, automation and data use to enhance the client journey and drive market share expansion.
• Monitor, manage, and market e‑trading capabilities and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree, preferably in Finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English (additional European language preferred).
• Energetic team player with a commercial mindset.
• Experience in business relationship management and development.
• Structured, methodical, and organized approach to work.
• Problem‑solving ability and agility to thrive under pressure.
• Strong lateral thinking and obstacle navigation skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Strong quantitative skills.
