Role Description

This is an
- site role for a Fitness Instructor based in Lisbon. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for conducting group exercise classes, providing fitness instruction and training, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role involves engaging with clients, developing fitness programs, maintaining a positive environment, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle among participants.

• Conduct group classes in a safe, motivating manner, adapted to different fitness levels.
• Perform physical assessments and develop personalized training plans.
• Support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
• Ensure compliance with Pro
  Delfit and client internal standards and procedures.
• Collaborate in promoting classes, programs, and events related to the gym.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Sports or Physical Exercise Technician Qualification (mandatory)
• Experience in group classes and/or Personal Training (valued)
• Good communication skills, empathy, and motivation in a group context
• Professional attitude, team spirit, and passion for wellness

Schedule and conditions

• Monday to Friday (no weekends or holidays)
